Jewel Ridge Gold Project

The Jewel Ridge property is located on the south end of Nevada's prolific Battle Mountain - Eureka trend, along strike and contiguous to the Archimedes/Ruby Hill gold mine to the north and Timberline Resources' advanced-stage Lookout Mountain project to the south.

The newly founded Nevada Gold Mines JV, found along the Battle Mountain - Eureka trend and combining operations of Newmont-Goldcorp and Barrick, results in the single largest gold producer in the world, with over 4.1 million ounces of gold produced annually.

Drilling Now

The recently expanded approx. 6,000 ft reverse-circulation drill program is currently underway at the flagship Jewel Ridge gold project located near Eureka, Nevada. Current targets are located on patented mineral claims on the South Eureka and Hamburg zones, both directed at Carlin-type, oxide-gold mineralization.

The phase one drill program will consist of approx. 11 holes and is anticipated to conclude by the end of August. Over half of the program has been completed with assays pending.

Generating New Targets

The Magnet Ridge target is a prominent, strong soil geochemistry anomaly over 2,800 feet long (850 m) in a north-south trend (open to the north), varying from 600 feet (180 m) to 1,000 feet (305 m) wide, averaging 132 ppb Au and 2.33 ppm Ag, with associated arsenic, copper and lead values. Peak gold values in this anomaly are 408 ppb Au, peak silver values are 12.6 ppm Ag.

To date, only six drill holes have been drilled on the east flank of the Magnet Ridge anomaly with four holes returning low-grade gold values.
